Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free draft

Your concept draft is free. You have no obligation to buy it.

2. Setup fee

The one-time setup fee is charged only after you approve your draft, before your site goes live.

• 7-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied, ask for a full refund of the setup fee within 7 days of your site launching.
• Late delivery: if we have not delivered your live site within 14 days of payment, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
• After 7 days from launch, the setup fee is non-refundable.

3. Monthly subscription

• The monthly fee is billed every month. There is no long-term contract.
• You can cancel any time by emailing or texting us. Cancelling stops your next billing date.
• We do not refund a month that has already been billed. Your site stays live through the end of that paid period.
• If you are charged in error, or charged twice by mistake, we will refund the incorrect charge in full.

4. After cancellation

Your site is taken offline at the end of your last paid period. If you own your domain name, it remains yours.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
