We provide a free draft of your website. Drafts are concepts for your review and are not published until you approve them and pay the setup fee.
You agree to pay the one-time setup fee and the recurring monthly fee for the plan you choose. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Monthly fees renew automatically until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, photos and claims you give us for your site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You keep ownership of your business name, logo, photos and content.
If you own a domain, you remain its owner. If we register a domain on your behalf, we will tell you who holds it and the cost.
We keep ownership of our templates, code and design tools. You may use the finished site for as long as your subscription is active.
You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend a site that breaks the law or misleads the public.
We work hard to keep your site online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
